Spatial gene expression analysis

Contract analysis overview

This service enables subcellular resolution gene expression spatial analysis.

It enables the understanding of complex tissues, neighboring regions, and intercellular interactions, and allows for integrated analysis with information from other spatial omics, tissues, and morphologies.

A probe coated with a fluorescent substance is hybridized, and the fluorescence is measured image-based using a Xenium Analyzer.

Compatible species: Humans and mice

Compatible samples: Fresh frozen sections or FFPE sections

Number of genes:

Xenium v1: Dedicated panel with approximately 300 genes + 100 customizations. Xenium Prime 5K: 5000 genes + 100 customizations.
